Registration Fee

Guidelines to Select the Registration Fee

  • If you are presenter, you should register as a Presenter.
  • If you are not a presenter, you should register as a participant/Non-Presenter.
  • The registration fee is based on affiliation, not nationality.
  • The conference fee for one person includes all plenary and parallel sessions, a seminar kit, a program book, a gala dinner on October 27 2025, lunches, and coffee breaks (October 27-28 2025).
  • Applicable to both presenters and non-presenters.
  • The conference fee does not include hotel accommodations and publication fees.
  • Presenters who do not wish to publish with us may submit an abstract to be included in the conference abstract book.
  • Regardless of intention, presenters who only submit abstracts by the submission deadline will be deemed not to intend to publish their work and will thus be barred from proceeding with the publication process.

Payment Information

Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned below:

  • Deadline for Full Paper Submission: June 13, 2025 (Extended to 31 July 2025)
  • Notification of Acceptance: August 25-28, 2025 (will be informed to the email you registered via EasyChair)
  • Deadline for Early-bird Registration & Payment: September 1, 2025
  • Normal Registration & Payment: September 2, 2025 – October7, 2025
  • Conference Date: October 27-28, 2025

Both Presenter and Participant/Non-Presenters are required to register and pay their Registration Fee before the final registration deadline.

There are two payment options available for ISBE 2025 .You can pay your registration fee through;

  • Online Payment (Midtrans)
  • Bank Transfer (TT)

after making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, please Register Online and select your Registration Fee.

 

Online Payment Portal

As ISBE 2025 is run in conjunction with Quality in Research (QiR) 2025, payment will be centralized through QiR’s payment portal supported by Midtrans. Please access the payment portal below:

Select QIR conference and the presenter / non-presenter fee that corresponds with your affiliation. You are required to pay the total amount appears in the screen. It includes the bank service charges.

 

If you could not pay via your Debit/Credit card?

Sometime you may try to pay via this method and could fail. It usually happens due to the security process of the banks and you need to activate the card for foreign transactions. If so follow the below procedure to ensure that the money will be transferred duly;

  1. Inform your card holding bank that your payment failed.
  2. Inform the bank that you wish to perform an international payment through your card and request them to allow/ verify your card for international payments.
  3. Confirm that the card has been verified and continue with the payment.
  4. After you get the notification that the payment transaction was completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.
