ORAL PRESENTATION
- The time allocated to each oral presentation is 10 minutes, and 2 minutes for Q&A.
- PowerPoint slides for presentation are recommended.
- Oral presentation rooms will be equipped with the following items:
- Notebook computer
- An LCD video projector
- We recommend that presenters bring their presentation files and store them on a USB thumb drive (flash disk)
- Presenter can use their own notebook computer. If you choose to use your own notebook computer, we recommend that you bring a backup copy of the presentation on a CD-ROM or a USB thumb drive.
- All presenters can upload their presentation files into the computer in their assigned presentation room on the morning of their presentation from 08:00 onwards or during the coffee break. An assistant will be in the room to help you.
Notes:
- AC voltage is 220 V in Indonesia
- The connector from the LCD projector to your computer is limited to a D-sub 15-pin male connector
POSTER PRESENTATION
- The presenter must bring the poster when re-registering. The committee does not provide or facilitate authors to print their posters.
- You will be provided with a poster board (100 x 200 cm) and scotch tape to mount/display your poster.
- Your poster code will be indicated on the board.
- Presenter must mount their poster on October 23rd, 2023 (max at 18:00 WITA) and attend/present their poster on October 24th, 2023. The poster presenter must be present during the Poster Presentation Session.
- The maximum permitted dimensions for your poster is A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm). You can adjust the template based on your needs (ratio of the introduction, methods, etc.)
- The poster must be in Portrait format.
Setting Up and Removing the Posters:
- Presenters are responsible for the dismantling of their posters on October 24th, 2023, from 17:00 – 19:00 WITA. Posters left behind after that will be disposed of and are not the responsibility of the organizer.
